Kathryn Dennler joined the Immigration Knowledge Area at The Conference Board of Canada in March 2021. As a Research Associate, she brings a long-standing dedication to immigration issues. She has worked in the field of immigration as a researcher, educator, and service provider for over fifteen years and across five countries.

Kathryn earned a PhD in Geography from York University, for which she investigated how contemporary immigrants in Canada cope with uncertain futures. She also holds an MA in Migration Studies from the Gallatin School of Individualized Study at New York University.

Kathryn is passionate about bringing people together to develop leading practices, which provide answers to the everyday effects of immigration systems.
