A human resources professional, Jennifer has managed many significant corporate-wide initiatives at The City, that include implementation of the Leadership Strategic Plan, Corporate Workforce Planning, and the Health Systems Review. With lived experience of why inclusion matters, Jennifer is deeply committed to social change and championing equity, diversity and inclusion at The City.
