Jean McRae, B.A., C.P.Ed, M.B.A., is Chief Executive Officer of the Inter-Cultural Association of Greater
Victoria (ICA). Jean is sector Co-Chair for Pathways to Prosperity, Past-President of the Affiliation of
Multicultural Societies and Service Agencies of BC (AMSSA). She represents AMSSA on the National
Settlement and Integration Council (NSIC), and the Canadian Immigrant Settlement Sector Alliance
(CISSA-ACSEI). Jean has been working in the immigrant and refugee services sector since 1982, inclusive
of three years working with refugees in Central America.
