Luca is the founder and President of the Internationally Trained Dentists Association of Canada. He received his HBSc from the University of Toronto in 2013. Luca was awarded his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Poznan University of Medical Sciences in 2018. He founded the Internationally Trained Dentists Association of Canada in March 2021. ITDAOC represents internationally trained dentists across Canada. The organization helps internationally trained dentists from the start of the credential recognition process all the way to the internationally trained dentist’s integration into the Canadian workforce.
