Dilys is a senior research associate in Human Capital and Workplace Health. A professional writer and editor with 20 years of experience, she collaborates with researchers on translating data into compelling narratives for different audiences.

Previously, she held roles in private and public-sector institutions engaged in applied research across a wide range of knowledge areas.

Her documentary poetry book The Winter Count was published in 2014 by McGill-Queen’s University Press.
