Diala Ayman is the Policy and Communications officer for Molham Team. She
provides support and
consultation to the organization’s management and engages with different
stakeholders to foster
Molham Team’s mission supporting internally displaced people in Syria and Syrian
refugees in
neighboring host countries. Diala holds a Bachelor of Law. She has worked for a
UK-based NGO, the
Syrian Legal Development Programme (SLDP). Diala is a young and passionate human
rights advocate,
with special focus on human rights violations in Syria. She is currently an LLM
candidate working towards
qualifying as a lawyer in Canada.
