Delphine Nakache is a Full Professor at the Faculty of Law (French Common Law section) of the University of Ottawa (Canada). She teaches courses – both in English and French-in the areas of public international law, constitutional law, and immigration, citizenship, and refugee law. Her research, which is empirical in nature, focuses on migrants with precarious status and marginalized immigrants, and on the concept of “vulnerable migrant” in national and international legal instruments. She regularly engages with government representatives and civil society on those topics.
