Dr. Beata Pawlowska is a strategic research and development executive with 25 years of leadership experience working on system change initiatives in fast-paced, complex, and diverse academic, government, and non-profit environments. Her practical experience is coupled with a Doctoral degree in Organization Psychology, and a Master of Arts degree in Business and Education. Dr. Pawlowska oversees the strategic and the day-to-day leadership of the College’s Professional Standards, Research, Education and Policy Department and the College’s Research Centre to assist the College in performing its statutory mandate. Prior to joining the College, she held the position of Director of Projects, Programs and Partnerships at St. Michael’s Hospital and the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Toronto, Canada.
