In her role as Sr. Vice President of People and Culture at Axonify, Andrea Vrbanac is responsible for building and implementing scalable people programs that evolve with the needs of a growing business, integrating strategic vision with a people-centric approach.  Andrea champions a leadership approach grounded in authenticity, empathy, and collaboration.

Prior to joining Axonify, Andrea held roles in the technology sectors as a proactive HR Business Partner to Leaders and employees.  She is a Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) and enjoys working in collaboration with all areas of the organization to develop effective talent solutions.

Andrea is active within the Waterloo Region community – previously serving on the Board of Directors of the KW Chamber for 4 years and as a mentor to other HR professionals.
