Amy Fell (she/her), MA, leads Corporate and Industry Training in the School of Business and Media at the British Columbia Institute of Technology (BCIT). Since 2017, she has led the development and delivery of a wide variety of training programs for public and private organizations across various sectors, including five microcredentials and over forty accredited workshops.

Previously, Amy served as the elected President of the Faculty and Staff Association at BCIT, where she gained valuable insights into workplace dynamics. She recognized that while people strive to do meaningful work, organizational structures and processes can sometimes create barriers. She believes that the key to overcoming organizational challenges lies in unlocking the aspirations of employees. Her work is dedicated to enabling individuals, teams, and organizations to connect the “why” and “how” of organizational pursuits in service of people, productivity, purpose, and the planet.
