Alicia is a Senior Research Associate II for the Indigenous and Northern Communities (INC) knowledge area at the Conference Board of Canada. She is Métis with maternal grandparents from the Nault and Champagne families of the Red River area. She holds a Masters in Anthropology and certification in project management, human resource management, and agile leadership. Alicia has more than a decade of experience in research focusing on resilience, health and well-being, and Indigenous community engagement.
