We continue to anticipate GDP growth of about 2.2 percent in first half of 2017 and stronger, fiscally induced growth of about 2.5 percent in the second half of the year. But, there are many uncertainties with new, untested policy initiatives carrying the risk of disruptions that could quickly sour optimism and impact spending and investing decisions.
