Emerging markets have a fast-closing window in which to further ease their monetary policy stance, with inflation bottoming out and the Fed’s rate hikes on the horizon. Capital outflows are a serious concern and will undermine emerging economies’ bank liquidity conditions and credit growth, adding downward pressure to capital investment and domestic demand.
