Document Highlights:
The Canadian economy is expected to expand by 2.0 per cent this year and 1.9 per cent in 2019. That is similar to what the forecasters were projecting in the spring survey.
While the outlook for export growth has improved somewhat, concerns about the trade war are still hurting the forecast.
Consumer prices are expected to increase by 2.4 per cent this year, up from the 2.0 per cent gain anticipated in the winter survey.
