In this current  outlook, real GDP is forecast to rise by 2.8 per cent in 2025. Output is projected to grow at an average annual rate of 2.2 per cent between 2026 and 2029.

A 1.5 per cent increase in population growth is expected for 2025. Will growth continue for the subsequent four years and what effect will long-term retention have on the population numbers? Will the unemployment rate increase or trend downwards by 2029? Is the need for affordable housing increasing or declining over the next five years, and will the demand be met?
