Sales strengthened slightly in November, with volumes rising in 15 of our 28 areas (Sudbury data remain unavailable). Most declines were small; only eight markets posted a gain of 5 per cent or more. Importantly, this includes the high-volume Toronto market. Oshawa also saw a brisk gain.
