Sales continued to advance broadly in March, rising in 19 of our 28 areas. Volumes hit record highs in several Southern Ontario markets, but mainly in the Golden Horseshoe. Transactions edged higher in Vancouver for the second straight month. The Calgary and Edmonton markets appear to have troughed, but Saskatchewan cities remain weak. Volumes are edging higher in many Quebec areas.
