  • The CMAs with the largest increase in housing starts in June were Sudbury, Toronto, Halifax, Saskatoon, and Saint John.
  • Trois-Rivières had the biggest year-over-year decline in housing starts, and it continues to post negative expectations over both the short and long terms.
