• Long term, 12 of the 27 CMAs have positive expectations.
• The CMAs with positive long-term expectations are all in Ontario or the West.
• The biggest year-over-year increases in housing starts in March were posted by Regina, Calgary, Windsor, Saguenay, and Kitchener–Waterloo.
