- Hamilton remains the only city in the “down–up” category.
- The CMAs with the biggest year-over-year declines in housing starts in February were Ottawa–Gatineau, Québec City, Hamilton, Winnipeg, and Oshawa.
- Abbotsford–Mission had the biggest year-over-year increase in housing starts last month.
