Document Highlights

What is the state of leadership capacity in Canada today? What steps are necessary to ensure we build strong leaders for the future? Forty delegates from a variety of public and private sector organizations met in June 2003 at the Conference Board’s Leaders’ Dialogue on Leadership to discuss the leadership challenges facing our country. The Leaders’ Dialogue, part of the Conference Board’s National Summit on Leadership held in Toronto, placed special emphasis on engaging leaders from non-mainstream groups such as visible minorities, the First Nations, youth, and small and medium-sized enterprises.
