For the seventh straight year, less than half of U.S. workers are satisfied with their jobs, according to the 2013 version of The Conference Board Job Satisfaction Survey. In spite of the gloomy news, job satisfaction has, across most regions and demographic variables, completely recovered from its prerecession figures.
