Fostering Inclusion Through Mentorship: A Call to Action From People With Disabilities

In this research, we examine the results of a survey of 1,000 working-age adults with disabilities as well as the findings from interviews with 15 mentors and 15 mentees with disabilities.

Have participants’ experiences with mentorship been positive? What skills are transferred through mentorship? What are the advantages and disadvantages of both formal and informal mentorships? What can organizations take to improve disability inclusion?
