Human Resources Trends and Metrics: HR Measurement Benchmarking, Third Edition

This report–the first of three in our 2013 Human Resources Trends and Metrics series–focuses on trends and metrics relating to talent management practices. Human Resources Trends and Metrics: HR Measurement Benchmarking, Third Edition provides the information needed for organizations and HR professionals to understand human capital trends and challenges and provides benchmark data to support business and strategic planning. The data and examples of strategic talent management measures will help organizations glean better knowledge about their people and workforce capacity at various junctures in the talent management cycle. Between December 2012 and February 2013, 169 organizations participated in the HR Trends and Metrics survey. In addition to survey data, the report includes data from The Conference Board of Canada’s regular large-scale studies and smaller targeted studies, as well as from various external sources.
