The Mid-Year Pulse Check survey was sent out in December 2014 and early January 2015 to all 382 organizations that responded to the Conference Board’s Compensation Planning Outlook 2015 survey (conducted over the summer of 2014). A total of 228 organizations replied to the mid-year survey, representing a response rate of 60 per cent. Planned average salary increases for non-unionized employees have been lowered slightly to 2.7 per cent, down from summer projections of 2.9 per cent. The Compensation Planning Mid-Year Pulse Check provides updated projected salary information by sector, industry, and region.

The Conference Board conducted a Compensation Planning Outlook 2015 Mid-Year Pulse Check survey in December 2014 and early January 2015. Overall, base salary increases are down slightly from what organizations projected in the summer.
