Cyber security is also a concern both globally and regionally. Brexit is a concern in Europe but appears to be of less importance to CEOs in Germany. While CEOs in the region are focused primarily on leadership development, there is some indication that as economies in Europe remained locked in a relatively slow growth period, the ability to attract and retain talent has become somewhat less of a burning platform.
