Council membership is open to medium- and large-sized Canadian public and private sector organizations that are currently involved in the development, implementation and monitoring of inclusiveness, diversity, talent management and employment equity initiatives. Members are committed to the goal of broadening their scope beyond employment equity but may vary in their progress toward achieving this goal.
