Mental health issues, when unsupported, can lead to chronic absenteeism, loss of productivity in the workplace and affects inter-personal relationships. Left unattended, it can result in more disability claims and serious health issues.  Organizations can play an important role in promoting the health and wellness of their employees through the supports they provide.
