Sue Sadler is the Senior Vice President of Services and Program Innovation at ACCES Employment. Throughout her longstanding career, she assumed an innovative approach to designing, implementing, and scaling programs and supports that align the skillset of newcomers with the needs of employers. To further safeguard employment retention and promote career mobility, Sue introduced experiential learning, future skills, and post-hire support strategies into programming. She also established pre-arrival programming, positioning ACCES as the first IRCC-funded organization to successfully place pre-arrival candidates into viable employment prior to their arrival in Canada. Sue also introduced several other major portfolios including healthcare, refugee services, sector-specific bridging, youth at risk, bilingual services, and alternative careers. Sue is an Aspen Institute Fellow, specialized in executive leadership and workforce development.
