Rachel’s a seasoned executive with over 20 years experience in the financial services industry. Her experience encompasses marketing, communications, product and business development in banking, pensions and group benefits. Her global career has spanned roles in Canada, Australia, and the United Kingdom.

Driven by insights and marketing communications strategies, she helps Clients understand the pressing health issues facing employees today.

In Group Benefits, Rachel spearheaded Designed for Health, Sun Life’s research report that brings together the most comprehensive view of group benefits in the country. She also oversaw the development of Sun Life’s Mental Health Strategy Toolkit and Mental Health Coach, both ground-breaking innovations that are helping employers address Canada’s mental health crisis.

In her current role, her team oversees the design and delivery of omni-channel marketing communication strategies and research to support Clients, Advisors and Consultant partners. Through surveys and event-based listening, her programs ensure Clients’ needs are understood, and places Client insight at the centre of the Sun Life’s products and solutions. By learning what drives business she works with stakeholders to deliver tangible and measurable results, always remaining mindful of the rigours of a highly-regulated environment.
