As Vice President of Outreach, Stakeholder & Government Relations at PSHSA, Henrietta leads a cross-functional team of health and safety professionals as they support the public sector and Ontario’s occupational health and safety strategy. She enjoys working collaboratively with senior leaders and stakeholders to develop and institute innovative health and safety best practices which will provide the foundation and capacity to achieve greater advances in corporate safety culture. Following 17 years of frontline nursing as a Registered Nurse, Henrietta has achieved national certifications in Occupational Health Nursing, Health & Safety and Disability Management.  Henrietta has her Master of Health Services Management from Charles Sturt University and Executive Leadership certificates from the Niagara Institute and the Schulich School of Business.
