Adam Morrison is the president and CEO of the Ontario Tourism Education Corporation (OTEC), a workforce development organization that offers evidence-based consulting, data solutions, award-winning training, and insightful research.

Adam’s commitment to workforce innovation has resulted in a broad portfolio of research, technology and sector-specific strategy projects. In 2018, he led OTEC to establish Tourism SkillsNet Ontario (TSNO), an award-winning network of destination-based consortiums that link employers, community employment/education and municipal/ECDEV stakeholders in local workforce plans. Through the scope of TSNO, OTEC offers customised solutions to address sector challenges and build an empowered, resilient industry. Most recently, Adam has been working with Canada’s Future Skills Centre and a coalition of industry partners on a Tourism and Hospitality Emergency Response (THER) project to provide destinations and industry partners with a Playbook to guide the industry’s workforce recovery.
