It explores two questions: What are the economic impacts of these automotive disruptors on the aftermarket? and What are the impacts for labour in this sector?
Recommendations and next steps are provided for consideration for the sector to proactively adapt to these impacts and argue for a bespoke strategy to address workforce and business impacts.
