The labour force changed irreversibly after COVID-19 struck in 2020. Now, the path to recovery has changed for labour relations leaders, with new challenges posed/on the horizon.

Webinar Highlights

The Labour Relations Outlook 2021 will explore the economic, compensation, and negotiating environments in which labour relations leaders will find themselves heading into bargaining in 2021. Connect with Pedro Antunes, Monica Haberl, and Natalie Arruda as they explore how the 2021 bargaining environment is inevitably intertwined with a slow and challenging recovery from an unexpected year.

Attending this webinar will provide insight into the top issues facing employers and unions today, and how these topics might come to a head at the bargaining table over the next year.

  • What factors will frame economic recovery in Canada?
  • What are the salary and wage increase projections for Canadians in the next year?
  • How has the pandemic affected collective bargaining, and what learnings might become best practice going forward?
