Good paper but unfortunately not much on Québec, among others things the potential role of hydroelectricity on a continental basis. Hydro-Québec could play a major role in assisting US states building their renewable energies, similar to the role played by Norway helping European countries implementing their renewable energy systems.

I draw your attention to the renewable chemical industry. BioAmber Sarnia is the largest biobased chemical facility in Canada and the 2nd largest in NA. The need to transform products such as plastics, resins and other goods to greater sustainability and better performance will be a responsibility of the chemical industry. BioAmber Sarnia is a leader in the field and this industry deserved mention in your report.

It's encouraging to see the directions taken by Canada in regards to climate-friendly products. Our responsibility as one of the biggest country in the world in terms of territory and natural resources is to preserve them for future generations to come and while transitioning into it to create jobs related to this emerging industry

Great article and opportunities to export climate friendly technologies. Is there any guidance, research material, etc. provided if someone wishes to explore the opportunity to manufacture any of these products in Canada?
