Good foundational report. Needs to be read in conjunction with other recent foresight/forecast reports (eg RethinkX, McKinsey etc) to get a clearer view of the drivers and trends |

A very comprehensive and well-researched paper, and provides an excellent summary of much of the background information necessary for a fulsome discussion regarding GHG reduction policy in the context of the transportation sector. We are in uncharted territory, full of opportunity but also significant costs for governments, manufacturers and consumers. |

A severely flawed paper. The logic is hard to follow and inconsistent. Inputs to models are manipulated without justification to support the manipulation. GHGenius is used incorrectly. Fundamental assumptions appear to be that nothing can change, so the inevitable conclusion is that nothing can change.
This is definitely a case of "reader beware". |
