Senior-level Dual-Career Couples (DCCs) are on the rise in Asia. While this trend is good for the talent pool, DCCs are faced with work-related challenges that could potentially have an adverse impact on each partner’s ability to remain engaged and productive in the workplace. A concerted effort by organizations to better appreciate their challenges and provide timely support especially during critical stages, can reap rich rewards in the form of greater talent mobility, improved attraction and retention rates, and increased gender diversity and inclusion.
