Sue joined Equifax Canada as President and CEO in 2020 and has led the organization through one of the largest digital transformations in the financial services industry in Canada. As a market leading data, insights and technology company, the new Equifax Cloud and EFX.AI are driving deeper insights and better decisions for the Canadian ecosystem.

A senior financial services leader with over 30 years of experience in transaction banking, credit risk, data and analytics and payments, Sue brings a breadth of experience driving innovation through technology, and customer-focused diverse teams, which will continue to drive Equifax Canada’s position as market leader in fraud, consumer and commercial solutions.

Prior to joining Equifax Canada, Sue held senior roles at Mastercard, Payments Canada, D+H (now Finastra), HSBC and Bank of America. She has contributed her expertise as a board member at Home Capital Group, Canadian Payments Association (now Payments Canada), the BC Women’s Hospital Foundation and the Nature Conservancy of Canada. She has also served as an Advisory Board member for Women in Payments.

Sue received her MBA from the Schulich School of Business at York University and holds the ICD.D designation.
