Heather McIntosh is the Associate Director for the Education and Skills Knowledge Area at The Conference Board of Canada. In her role, she oversees all the education and skills team's Future Skills Centre research. She brings expertise in Canada's education and training landscape to develop and propel this Knowledge Areas's long-term research agenda with a view to tackling the emerging issues, trends, and best practices.
Heather has extensive experience managing large-scale research projects. While at Ryerson University's Office of the Vice-President, Research and Innovation, she oversaw a multi-year research centre, which focused on workforce development and skills challenges in Ontario.
Heather holds a PhD in translation and interpretation, and a MA in communications from the University of Ottawa.
