Michael Jones leads the Sales, Marketing and Customer Experience team at the Conference Board of Canada. With 20 years of strategy, operations, sales and marketing experience at organizations that include the Royal Canadian Mint, Accenture and Bank of Montreal, he is responsible for a portfolio at the Conference Board that includes sales, marketing, analytics, customer experience, communications, content strategy and e-commerce.

Michael holds a Bachelor’s degree from Queen's University and a Master’s degree from Carleton University.
