Robert Coallier is Chief Executive Officer of Agropur since February 2012. Robert oversees the Cooperative's growth and positioning in an increasingly competitive and globalized market.

Before joining the organization, he served in management positions with C-MAC Industries and with companies in the consumer products and retail trade sectors, including Molson and Dollarama. Robert has also sat on the boards of many public and private companies, including Agropur, where he was a guest director for two years before being named CEO. He began his career with the National Bank and the Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec, where he acquired extensive knowledge of the financing of mergers and acquisitions, international trade and financial markets.

In 2018, Robert was named Agri-food Person of the Year by the Conseil de la transformation alimentaire du Québec, received the IPSOS-ICO Trusted Personality of the Year award in the Mutualist/Cooperative category, and was inducted into the Guilde internationale des fromagers as a companion of honour. He was a member of the Agri-food Table for the Innovation and Skills Plan introduced by Minister Bains and sits on Rabobank's advisory committee for North America.
