As cities in Canada and around the world continue to evolve, many municipalities are looking toward a future of smart technologies. Cyber Security 2017 sought to discuss how cities and business alike would be impacted by the evolution of technology and the expanding ease of adoption.
In 2017, much focus was placed on learning how smart cities run, how business could help, and what management lessons could be brought back to organizations. Speakers focused on education, practical lessons, debate and reflection, and forecasting for the future.
Delegates walked away from this event with a broader understanding of the current smart city landscape, it’s many moving parts and the pros and cons for expanding the technical infrastructure to allow more smart cities to emerge.
We’d like to thank our generous sponsor for their contribution to this event.
