How do we design new behaviors and capabilities for ourselves for a "new normal" - where alternative mindsets, perspectives and arguments aren't only more common, they are desperately needed? How do we engage in ways that influence and inspire those we work with to collaborate better? This webinar is an interactive, principles-based journey to shared context, content and method. Participants will gain access to practical, elegant, fun, powerful principles, concepts, and methods for enhancing self-leadership.

The webinar explores: You vs. Self: Self-reflection, Self-evaluation and Self-awareness as well as Self in context of others; in order to increase effectiveness in your behaviors to improve collaboration.

Webinar Highlights

Participants will leave the webinar able to:

  1. identify how design thinking can be applied to personal change and self-leadership
  2. use meta-collaboration concepts and principles to accelerate collaboration, personal change and self-leadership.

Being more aware of your behavior and designing how you want to show up when collaborating with others empowers to achieve greater results.

We use personal assessments and design thinking principles to help individuals better understand how they show up, their effective behaviors, less effective behaviors and how they can adjust their behaviors to achieve better results.

Attendees will receive a worksheet to create a personal algorithm that shows you how to design your communication and interaction in an applied way to achieve better results.
