Each organization has a unique approach to managing absenteeism and is at a different stage in the development of its disability management program. For example, Haro Park Centre, a long-term care facility, has successfully implemented a disability management program despite a small budget and few resources. Since establishing the program, Haro Park Centre has seen a reduction in long-term disability costs.
