More than 21% of the working population in Canada currently experience mental health conditions and at least 500,000 Canadians are unable to work due to mental health needs. Too often, employees struggle to gain access to the high quality care they need. On World Mental Health Day, we will shine a spotlight on critical mental healthcare gaps and needs, as well as positive outcomes and emerging innovations.

Webinar Highlights

In this session, experts will share case studies illustrating how employers are deploying virtual care solutions to help employees gain access to licensed mental health professionals who confirm diagnoses and treatment plans, navigate available resources, and help employees improve their mental health. You will also hear results from a new survey of employees in Canada and around the world, sharing insights about unmet needs and attitudes toward mental health, rising expectations and opportunities for employer support, and employee awareness of employer-sponsored mental health programs.
