Ian Cullwick is the Vice-President of Leadership and Human Resources Research at The Conference Board of Canada. Ian specializes in governance effectiveness, human resources strategy, organization design, compensation strategy, and performance management. Prior to joining the Board, Ian spent 24 years with a major international consulting firm where he focused on the crown corporation, not-for-profit, construction, high technology, aviation, professional services, and public sectors.
Nicole Stewart is a Research Associate with the Leadership and Human Resources Research Division of The Conference Board of Canada. In her time at the Board Nicole has done research in several areas including compensation, performance management, absenteeism, health and wellness and recognition.
