I am grateful to have this report as it creates a baseline for studies in the future. It is limited by the scope of its survey work. Indeed, the industry is in need of a big data study, particularly in the area of the economic impact of PCCs for the individual compared with publicly funded colleges. I am also unclear about regional differences with regards to EI-funded places in the schools, and whether that is the best investment.
Excellent first treatment that helps us in policy development. |

| This report provides a valuable overview of the PCC sector, and some good comparative data. The only shortcoming I would note is that, in a few cases, it relies a bit too heavily on the results of the CBoC's own survey of PCC students and graduates, which may not be representative of the sector as a whole. The authors do acknowledge this limitation, but sometimes not as clearly as could be desired. |

| Thank you for this report. PCCs are fast replacing the aging education system in dire need to reform (Universities). At least someone is in touch with the businesses and able to move their model to meet the demand. |
