Sales rose in three of Canada’s four largest cities in July. Vancouver sales rebounded but remain historically subdued. Montréal sales eased, perhaps signalling a market peak. Calgary sales edged higher for the fourth month in the last five, and the worst may be over for this market. Sales rose again in Toronto, thanks to the city’s solid economy and healthy population growth.
