The cost of employer-sponsored benefits programs continue to rise, and as a result, many are reviewing their benefits programs and cost control strategies. But without the latest information on real costs and projected trends, can you be sure that your benefits program will fit your organizations needs now, and in the future?

The third edition of the Conference Board’s Benefits Benchmarking Report provides essential information that has helped Canadian organizations direct and refine their benefits plans since 2009. Based on a survey of hundreds of Canadian employers, this report offers the real-world data and experience you need to evaluate and improve your benefits plan to better fit the needs of both your employees and your organization.
