A senior executive with over 20 years of experience leading organizations with a focus on client engagement, market diversification, technology deployment and employee engagement. Karen has demonstrated the ability to accelerate significant growth through alignment of people, process and technology.  She is an advocate for mental health and wellness and currently chairs the Ontario Shores Mental Health Foundation. Karen is frequently called upon to speak about employee and customer engagement.
